Xaxero’s
SkyEye™ USB Weather Satellite Receiver is an innovative system for receiving
weather images directly from NOAA polar orbiting
satellites. This is a complete hardware/software solution (all you need is the
computer). The image clarity and software features hitherto were only
available from expensive systems costing in excess of thousands of dollars.
The self contained unit includes an antenna with integrated receiver and GPS
which plugs into a computer's USB port. SkyEye receives live pictures
direct from Low Earth Orbiting satellites several times a day. These
images are free and not available on the internet.

You can see cloud features, ocean surface
temperature differences, forest fires, volcanic eruptions, etc. with
integrated ocean depth and land elevation display.
The integrated mapping feature quickly locates
the geographic positions of all the features on the photo.

Mariners can see severe weather patterns
several days away and take evasive action to protect themselves and their
property.
