Shipping: Rates are based on your
orders' weight and shipping destination. Shipping charges for UPS
shipment are calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are
displayed before the final confirmation of your order.
To ship by an alternate method (US Mail, FedEx or DHL), please telephone us and
we will provide you with the shipping cost..
Tax: Tax is only
applied to your order if you ship to Texas (8.25%)
Returns:
- If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us
within 10 days of purchase to receive a return authorization
- There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns of non-defective or
incorrect merchandise. No merchandise may be returned without a return
authorization.
- There are no returns after 30 days.
- There are no returns or refunds on software
- Special Orders and Customized Products, including computers with
installed software are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective
merchandise.
